Returns & Exchanges Policy

We handle most returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis and our goal is to satisfy our customers.

We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers and help you with your grooming needs.

If you purchased Imperial Barber Products from a retailer or online store other than the official Imperial Barber Products web store, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased Imperial Barber Products from our official web store, please contact us at ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning or exchanging. If possible, please include photos or videos.

If returning a product, please ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We are not liable for products damaged in transit and any damaged products received will be disposed of or returned to the sender without a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days once the returned product arrives and is inspected. You will receive an email as soon as the refund is processed. Please allow 7-10 business days once your refund is processed to be credited by your bank or credit card company.


RETURN POLICY DETAILS

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unopened with the original seals on it and with a valid receipt or order number from our web store.

For used/opened products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at ecommerce@imperialbarberproducts.com for more information.

We only offer full refunds or exchanges on used/opened products if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product arrives damaged in transit (if shipped directly via FedEx or USPS).

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order if the product is unused and unwashed with a valid receipt or order number from our online store.

Any return requests after 30 days is dealt with on a case-by-case basis; returns past 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot guarantee return requests past 30 days of ordering from our online store.

Products damaged in transit between a freight forwarder and the final destination will not be refunded or replaced (see Shipping & Processing Policy)

International orders that do not clear customs due to non-payment or is rejected by the customer will be refunded minus 15% for shipping & handling.

All international orders returned to us due to customs clearance issues will be fully refunded the order amount minus the original shipping cost.
