- We are NOT accepting any applications for marketplace resellers at this time (i.e. Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Ebay.com, Walmart.com, Alibaba/Aliexpress, Taobao, etc.). We will not consider any applications from any marketplace/auction resellers. Any resellers found selling on any of these sites will have their account closed permanently.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE DROPSHIPPING SERVICES FOR ECOMMERCE RESELLERS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All online resellers must fully disclose and verify all business entity name(s) and website(s) prior to placing any orders.
Since IMPERIAL is under Amazon’s Premium Beauty program, all unauthorized Amazon.com/Amazon.ca marketplace listings/resellers will be removed automatically.
Resellers found violating our MAP policy will have their account and any associated accounts permanently closed.
EXCLUSIVE SELLING RIGHTS (US & INT'L)
We do not offer regional exclusive selling rights to any new customers (US or international) at this time.
INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS
All international customers outside of the US are responsible for all customs duties & taxes.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY & ALL CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR TARIFFS/TAXES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED ON AN ORDER UPON RECEIPT. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs if an order is sent back or returned to our warehouse due to customs, no response, etc.

MAP (MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICING) POLICY
We take MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) seriously and as such, our MAP policy must be reviewed and accepted prior to your intial order. MAP Policy violations may result in permanent account closure. Our MAP policy can be found in the Wholesale Application above.
TAX ID (US CUSTOMERS)
For US-based customers, a valid tax identification number (EIN) must be provided prior to intial order.
BACK BAR PRICING & POLICY
We offer special back bar pricing for standard sizes of our hair products as well as select shave & skin care items.
We typically limit back bar products to one of each product per barber/stylist per order. For example, if a shop has 4 chairs, each order is limited to no more than 4 jars of Classic Pomade, 4 jars of Gel Pomade, and 4 Bergamot After-Shave bottles. Brick and mortar retailers that are not barber shops or salons are limited to one of each product per order.
To be eligible for back bar pricing, each order cannot contain more back bar products than retail orders placed.
We do not offer back bar pricing to distributors, eCommerce, or large scale resellers at this time.
Discretion may be used at any time depending on product inventory and on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse back bar pricing at any time.

WHOLESALE PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing information is only available once an application has been submitted and approved by our sales team.
WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER), PAYPAL, & BANK WIRE TRANSFER.
ORDERS DO NOT SHIP UNTIL PAYMENT OR WIRE TRANSFER CONFIRMATION NUMBER IS RECEIVED.
We do not offer net terms at this time.
WHOLESALE PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders placed and fully paid before 1 PM (M-F, PT GMT -8) are typically shipped same business day. Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on holidays usually ship the following business day. Orders may take longer to ship once order is fully paid due to factors such as order size, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, etc.
Once an order ships, we cannot make any changes to it.
