We are currently not accepting any new third-party marketplace resellers from sites such as, but not limited to:,,,,, etc.

Unauthorized resellers will be removed immediately – no exceptions.

For any non-marketplace eCommerce resellers, all business entity names and websites must be fully disclosed and verified prior to placing orders.

Any eCommerce resellers in violation of our MAP policy will have their account permanently closed.


We do not offer regional exclusive selling rights to any new customers (US or international) at this time.


All international customers outside of the US are responsible for all customs duties & taxes.

IMPERIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is not liable for orders lost, damaged, discarded, or returned due to customs, non-response, etc.

For orders returned to our warehouse due to customs or non-response, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We take MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) seriously and as such, our MAP policy must be reviewed and accepted prior to your intial order. MAP Policy violations may result in permanent account closure. Our MAP policy can be found in the Wholesale Application above.


For US-based customers, a valid tax identification number (EIN) must be provided prior to intial order.


We offer special back bar pricing for standard sizes of our hair products as well as select shave & skin care items.

We typically limit back bar products to one of each product per barber/stylist per order. For example, if a shop has 4 chairs, each order is limited to no more than 4 jars of Classic Pomade, 4 jars of Gel Pomade, and 4 Bergamot After-Shave bottles. Brick and mortar retailers that are not barber shops or salons are limited to one of each product per order.

To be eligible for back bar pricing, each order cannot consist of more than 50% back bar products.

We do not offer back bar pricing to distributors or large scale resellers at this time.

Discretion may be used at any time depending on product inventory and on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse back bar pricing at any time.

NOTE: We currently do not offer product samples to students, non-commercial customers, or independent contractors without a valid tax identification number (EIN) or business license.


Pricing information is only available once an application has been submitted and approved by our sales team.

We currently accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and bank/wire transfers.

Orders do not ship until fully paid.

Net terms are not offered at this time.


Orders placed before 3 p.m. (Pacific Time, -8 UTC) are typically shipped same business day once fully paid. Orders placed after 3 p.m., on weekends, and on holidays usually ship the following business day. Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process and ship once fully paid.

We cannot make any changes to your order once it has shipped.

Most wholesale orders in the United States (except AK & HI) ship via FedEx Ground with signature confirmation. Orders going to AK & HI ship with USPS unless requested otherwise.

We offer will call order pickup for wholesale customers located in Southern California during normal business hours. Please contact INFO@IMPERIALBARBERPRODUCTS.COM or (714) 229-9334 prior to arrival to ensure order is ready for pickup.

Larger orders in the United States requiring a pallet ship via FedEx Freight unless requested otherwise.

Orders going to Canada ship via FedEx International Ground with signature confirmation.

We handle international shipping outside of North America on a case-by-case basis depending on preference & rates.

All orders must ship to a valid commerical address. We do not ship wholesale orders to residential addresses.
