ORDER PROCESSING

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as valid forms of payment.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. PT typically process and ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends, and holidays typically ship the following business day.

While we do our best to get orders out the same day, we have a very small team here. It may take up to 72 hours to completely process and fulfill your order. Please contact us immediately if your order hasn’t shipped out after 72 hours.

Orders shipping to California are subject to an 8% sales tax.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50.

All orders over $50 (before shipping and taxes) are eligible for free shipping in the 48 Contiguous United States (HI & AK excluded).

For all other free shipping promotions/offers, you must input the coupon code to receive free shipping. All free shipping promos/offers apply only to the 48 Contiguous United States – no exceptions.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to it. We are not liable for damages or lost packages (see UNDELIVERED ORDERS).

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship most Contiguous US orders using FedEx Home Delivery (Monday-Saturday delivery). Orders shipping to commercial addresses will ship with FedEx Ground (Monday-Friday delivery). APO / FPO / DPO addresses, PO Boxes, and most international orders ship with USPS.

TO ESTIMATE TRANSIT TIME:

Visit the FedEx Rate and Transit Times page and use 90720 as the origin ZIP/postal code.

PLEASE TYPE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY.

Typos or incorrect information can result in a package being undeliverable (see: UNDELIVERED ORDERS), incorrect shipping costs (i.e. selecting US Minor Outlying Islands instead of United States), or processing delays. Typing in your address correctly ensures your order arrives safely and on time.

ORDER NOTES:

Please include special delivery instructions (i.e. gate code, floor number) in the Order Notes.

Unfortunately, we can’t fulfill every delivery instruction request on our end. You will have to contact the delivery courier and arrange that with them. We highly recommend shipping packages to your nearest FedEx store or facility if package theft is a concern. Click here to learn more. TRACKING INFORMATION:

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is fully processed and shipped out. If you don’t receive it within 1 business day, please contact us.

LOCAL PICKUP (SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ONLY)

We do not have a will call option on our website at this time. However, you may purchase products directly at our Los Alamitos, CA office during our normal business hours.

UNDELIVERED ORDERS

PLEASE TYPE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY.

We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Typos or errors in the supplied address may cause the shipment to be delayed or undeliverable.

Packages that cannot be delivered may be held or discarded by the carrier or returned to IMPERIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. at the carrier’s sole discretion.

IMPERIAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is not liable for packages that are stolen, held, discarded, or lost in transit. You may request to re-ship a returned package to a corrected address. Standard shipping charges will apply to all requests for re-shipment.

For questions about the status of a delivery once it has left our warehouse, please contact FedEx Customer Support. For APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, and international orders, please contact USPS Customer Service.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship our items to most (but not all) countries outside of the United States. However, your country may charge customs taxes and fees for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for details on these fees.

Please contact us if you have questions about whether or not we can ship to your location.

If we are unable to ship to a location, your order will be canceled at our discretion and fully refunded.

We cannot ship to locations that provide freight forwarding services at this time since we are unable to verify the final destination of the order with the courier. Any orders shipping to a freight forwarding address will be canceled and refunded within 5-7 business days.

We typically ship international orders with USPS. Please contact us for questions or special shipping requests. Once an order has left our warehouse, please contact USPS Customer Service for questions about the status of your order.
